Pre-orders

You can cancel a pre-order at any time before your box ships and get a full refund.

 

After delivery

Our drink mix is food, so we cannot take back opened boxes.

If your box arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong item, send a photo to hello@yanaslabs.ae within 7 days of delivery. We will send you a new box free of charge.

 

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to the card you paid with. Your bank may take a few working days to show it.
